  • New Runway (06L/24R) – 3,200m + 4,000m (capable of handling large 4E category aircraft)

  • Isolation Bay & Aircraft Parking
  • Cargo Terminal
  • Commercial Spaces (Hotels & Shops)

Current Status (as of Sept 2024) – Foundation work nearly complete; structural works underway.

Part B: Passenger Terminal & ATC

Developer: Yashnand Engineers and Contractors Pvt. Ltd.
Estimated Cost: ₹333 Crore
Construction Area: 20,000 sq. m.
Timeline: 2024 – 2026

Scope of Work:

  • Integrated Passenger Terminal: Basement + Ground + 1 Floor
  • Technical Block (G+3)
  • ATC (Air Traffic Control) Tower (G+9)
  • Cargo Complex (G+1)
  • Electrical Substation

Current Status (as of Sept 2024) – Structural work 25% completed; progressing steadily.
